General Return Policy
We recognize that purchasing fashion items online is a different experience than seeing the item at a store. That is why we maintain a very liberal return policy. Our #1 goal is for you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase.
Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. All items are returnable within 10 days of receipt FOR ANY REASON. However, we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of the item of your intention to return it.
If we are not notified within 3 business days of receipt, or the item is not returned within 10 days, eStyleSense.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be in its original manufacturer’s packaging and be accompanied by all accessories, dust bags, documentation, and authenticity cards/tags. If an item included a registration card, the item must not be registered.
Items that were paid for by credit card will be refunded through that credit card only. All other items will be credited by check after original purchase funds clear.
Defective Items- Even though it is rare, designer items can be defective. We inspect each item before it is shipped to eliminate inconvenience and disappointment for our customers. However, please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. We will warranty all our items within 10 days of receipt by the customer. Beyond 10 days we will assist the customer in repairing damage or defects if possible, but will not be responsible for replacement of the item. Proper care of items is critical in making a handbag or other designer item last for many years.
If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will charge the return shipping charges to our UPS account only. Use of other shipping methods will not allow us to pay for return shipping.
Refunds will not be made for items that are neglected or misused by the customer.
eStyleSense.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages in return shipping.
