"I received my Gucci handbag yesterday (6/3/09) just as promised. I want to thank you so much; it is simply beautiful! I was very skeptical and not certain of what I could expect because I’ve had the worst experience with another online vendor since February that I ordered a bag from and had to return it because it was so badly defected and that issue still has not been resolved. Your customer service is outstanding and the fact that I was able to actually speak with a live person is priceless. The personal thank you card was an added touch that you don’t even receive from the actual high-end specialty boutiques. I will definitely be a returning customer."

 "I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how awesome you guys are! I have tried to order that darn Prada skull keychain for a month now. I have ordered it and been told it is on back order, I have not been able to order it because it was out of stock, but my favorite was actually ordering it, receiving confirmation for it and then being completely ignored for two weeks of emails, phone calls, and "live" help requests (still haven't heard from them, by the way). After that, I wasn't going to order until I could actually talk to someone. I almost gave up, since most websites have "email only" contacts (whatever!), and then (sound trumpets!!!) I found eStyleSense.com. I talked to a real live person who was so very nice and helpful and actually told me my order would ship today if I got it in before UPS showed up!!! WHAT??? I have been trying to get this stupid keychain for a month, and now I could have it in 2 days?????? Where have you guys been all my life???? On top of all of that, I got a hand written thank you note, a discount card on my next order and it was all beautifully wrapped. You guys are shining examples of what internet commerce SHOULD be.
So, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! I looooove my keychain and will be telling all of my friends about you guys!!!!!!!!!"
