However, the style we offer was produced during past style seasons while the bag at Neiman Marcus is the latest version of that bag. Thus the difference in price and perhaps small design features. We inspect every item that is delivered to us for quality, workmanship and authenticity before it gets shipped to our customers. We never allow items to be dropshipped to our customers. Each item is carefully packaged and beautifully presented.
We strive to ship items the same day we receive the order. If we have sold more than our stock of a particular item, we will have that item shipped to us in the most expediant way possible. And, we will always offer our customers in the United States free ground shipping.
